Major Muslim organizations in the United States have come together and joined hands with The March 15th Forum in a coalition to combat Islamophobia. These American Muslim organizations represent most of the American Muslim civil society.

Islamic Society of North America (ISNA): ISNA is one of the oldest Muslim organizations in the United States and Canada. In 2024, it held its 61st convention in Dallas, TX, USA. ISNA is an Islamic organization in North America that contributes to the betterment of the Muslim community and society at large. It fosters the development of the Muslim community, interfaith relations, civic engagement, and a better understanding of Islam.

Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR): The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is a nonprofit, grassroots civil rights and advocacy organization.
